SUMMARY UnidosUS seeks a Program Manager, Early Childhood, to oversee partnerships between UnidosUS and its Affiliate sites in Early Childhood efforts including programmatic implementation, deepening sector relationships, and supporting an innovative vision to broaden the reach of the UnidosUS Early Childhood Education portfolio . UnidosUS Education aims to close the educational opportunity gap for Latino students, leading to increased achievement rates and significantly more students on the pathway to sustaining jobs and careers. We do this by influencing systems to provide high-quality, culturally, and linguistically affirming educational opportunities at key milestones within a student’s experience . Location : This is a hybrid position based in Washington, DC or Los Angeles, CA. In accordance with UnidosUS policy, employees are expected to work onsite two days per week, with Tuesdays designated as a common in-office day. Additional in-office days may be required as needed. Salary: Washington, DC: $74,000-$82,200 Los Angeles, CA: $73,300-$81,400 Essential Functions: Program Development and Implementation Set programmatic goals that align to UnidosUS’s strategic goals by leveraging the organization’s competitive advantage in the early childhood education arena .
