About the Position Dexis Professional Services (Dexis) is seeking Program Managers to lead contractor staff and support successful execution of headquarters operations for the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Consular Affairs, Passport Services Directorate (CA/PPT). These positions will manage work from initiation through completion while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, staffing, and stakeholder coordination. This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities Plan, execute, monitor, and close assigned work while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality standards. Apply quality management systems and ISO 9001 principles to service delivery. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to define objectives and deliverables. Assign staff schedules, review work discrepancies, supervise personnel, and communicate organizational policies and goals. Lead continuous service-delivery improvement and innovation. Qualifications Minimum eight years of specific experience as a Program Manager. Master’s degree in a related field, or 12 years of relevant experience. Current PMP certification. Must hold an active SECRET personnel security clearance issued by DCSA prior to contract performance. Below is the pay range aligned with this position. When developing a range, Dexis evaluates compensation holistically, triangulating between external market research , our budget for the position, and internal equity to arrive at a figure that is fair and competitive. Offers within this range will be based on an individual candidate's qualification, relevant education and experience, skills, performance, and organizational needs.
