Production Designer - Medical Communications

Production Designer REPORTING TO: Snr Production Designer LOCATION: Remote (Philippines) We work on breakthroughs that truly change lives – from emerging medicines for diseases where no treatment previously existed, to technologies and diagnostics that will fundamentally reshape healthcare for the future. We have an exciting opportunity and are looking for an experienced Production Designer to join our Creative Team. You will be based in the Philippines working closely with our creative hubs in the USA and UK. For these roles we're looking for candidates open to working either a late shift or a night shift. Role Summary You will support in translating scientific communications into highly accurate and engaging design deliverables across a range of channels. You will have graphic design skills and be efficient across both Adobe and Microsoft products; with a strong focus on Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, PhotoShop and PowerPoint. You will have high attention to detail and be highly skilled in a range of production design outputs, including, but not limited to artworking, print, presentation design, video editing, e-learning, animation and interactive. Key areas of responsibility Development of a wide range of highly accurate and highly engaging design deliverables Work with team members to interpret briefs and negotiate timelines when required Build excellent relationships to ensure that we develop a one team approach Support wider creative team with managing workload Adhere to our processes to ensure we are as efficient as possible Ensure that all our work adheres to branding guidelines Working closely with team members to ensure the design meets the output requirements and is high quality When required, review team members work to ensure it meets requirements and is high quality Having regular contact with our account teams to confirm projects and negotiate timelines when required Ensure you deliver to a consistently high standard, on time and within budget Requirements A strong appreciation for great design, with a well-developed eye for quality and effectiveness Experienced; have in depth knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on Adobe InDesign and Illustrator (minimum 2 years’ experience). <li data-leveltext="−" data-font="Calibri" data-listid="27" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":360,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Calibri","
