Infinitesima is developing breakthrough metrology solutions that enable semiconductor manufacturers to push the boundaries of performance, yield and process control. We're looking for a commercially minded and technically credible Product Development Manager to take ownership of the development and successful market launch of the next generation of our Metron3D product family. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll bring together engineering, manufacturing, product marketing, programme management and field operations to deliver products that solve real customer problems and create meaningful business value. What You'll Be Doing Owning the end-to-end development and launch of the Metron3D product portfolio Defining and maintaining the overall product development strategy, roadmap and delivery plans Leading cross-functional teams across Product Marketing, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management and Field Service Driving successful New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from concept through to release Ensuring products are delivered on time, within budget and to the expected quality standards Acting as the primary escalation point for programme risks, challenges and dependencies Building strong relationships across technical and commercial teams to maintain alignment and momentum Leading stage-gate reviews and ensuring adherence to Product Lifecycle (PLC) governance processes Managing product requirements, specifications, scope changes and engineering releases Working directly with customers to validate requirements, gather feedback and shape product direction Collaborating with senior leadership to align product strategy with wider business objectives Driving robust resource planning, risk management and mitigation activities <span data-ccp-props="{"1
