Product Analytics Senior/Lead [Delivery]

We are launching our delivery operations in Colombia and are looking for a Product Analytics Senior/Lead to become the first analytics hire in this domain and build the function. This role goes far beyond traditional analytics: you will shape how the delivery business works end-to-end – from defining KPIs and building reporting to designing delivery mechanics, ambassador models, and optimisation strategies. You will have a direct impact on how the product operates in a new market, leveraging existing learnings from Mexico while adapting them to Colombia’s specifics.
