About the Role The Procurement Manager - Professional Services is responsible for the end-to-end procurement of professional services for large-scale, mission-critical data center developments. The primary focus of the role is the sourcing, negotiation, award, and ongoing commercial oversight of General Contractors, Design Consultants, Commissioning Agents, and other project professional services, while also providing procurement support for Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment and related supplier activities. The role acts as a critical interface between central Procurement and Development, Design, Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Operations, and key supply partners. It requires strong commercial acumen, proactive risk management, sourcing and contract management, and the ability to translate project requirements, design deliverables, schedules, and risk into clear procurement strategies and contractual scopes. Main Responsibilities Professional Services Procurement Strategy & Execution Lead the development and execution of procurement strategies for professional services across data center development and construct ion projects, aligned with project schedules, design, and portfolio objectives . Lead end to end RFP execution, including procurement planning, bid lists and prequalification, RFP issuance, bidder eng agement, bid level ling, commercial negotiations, and contract award in accordance with Yondr procurement governance. Lead procurement of General Contractor services, Design Consultants, Commissioning Agents, and other professional and technical service categories required to support project delivery. Partner with project stakeholders to ensure RFP packages include clearly defined scopes, deliverables, milestones, assumptions, exclusions, interfaces, pricing requirements, and commercial terms. Develop procurement schedules and sourcing plans that support key project milestones and identify early procurement actions required to protect schedule and commercial outcomes.
