Design, run, and analyze experiments to improve engagement at every stage of the journey — from registration to the first transaction. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and marketing to deliver high-impact growth initiatives. Partner with the Head of Acquisition to align marketing performance (SEO, SEM, Google Shopping) with in-product experiences that drive long-term activation. Leverage data and insights to identify and remove friction points in the onboarding and listing/buying flows. Define and monitor key metrics including activation rate, conversion rate, cost per activated user, and repeat transaction rate. Cultivate a culture of experimentation , utilizing A/B testing, cohort analysis, and iterative product improvements. Communicate learnings and results across product, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure shared goals and transparent progress. Experimental Mindset: A proven track record of driving measurable growth through data-informed experimentation and journey optimization. Analytical Depth: A strong analytical mindset with a comprehensive understanding of growth metrics and lifecycle flows. Collaborative Leadership: Experience working effectively within cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, designers, and marketers. Marketing Fluency: A solid understanding of how organic and paid channels (SEO, social, app campaigns) intersect with the product experience. Communication: Excellent storytelling skills; the ability to influence and align stakeholders around data-driven decisions. Tooling: Familiarity with A/B testing tools and analytics platforms (such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Looker). Mission-Driven: A genuine interest in marketplaces, user behavior, and sustainable consumption. What Would Be A Plus 🚀 Experience in marketplace or e-commerce environments, especially involving supply/demand dynamics.
