Job Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient (Vestibular & Balance) Company: FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Hendersonville Location: Hendersonville, NC Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible scheduling available Pay: $82,500 – $95,000 per year, plus performance bonus About the Role FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Hendersonville is hiring an outpatient Physical Therapist who wants to grow. You'll work directly alongside a clinic owner who is also a practicing PT, in a collaborative, mentorship-focused clinic specializing in balance, vestibular, neurological, and orthopedic rehabilitation. What We Offer $82,500 – $95,000 base salary, based on experience Performance bonus and profit-sharing potential Generous paid time off (PTO) Health, dental, and vision insurance Continuing education (CEU) support and leadership development Direct mentorship from a PT owner who treats in the clinic The backing of a national brand with a close-knit local team Responsibilities Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatment Treat balance, vestibular, neurological, and orthopedic conditions Mentor and support clinic team members Partner with clinic leadership on growth and performance goals Complete timely, accurate documentation Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness Help build a positive, patient-centered clinic culture Qualifications Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or eligible to obtain) DPT or equivalent physical therapy degree Leadership, mentorship, or clinical instructor experience preferred Vestibular or neuro experience a plus, but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Ownership mindset and strong work ethic Why FYZICAL Hendersonville?
