Compensation $26.00 per hour Mileage reimbursement Weekly pay Schedule Part-time opportunities Day shifts available Some weekend opportunities available What You'll Do Working under a plan of care developed by a registered nurse, you'll provide personal care, companion care, and household support services that help adults remain safe and independent in their homes. Responsibilities include: Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care Providing household support such as light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making Preparing meals and assisting with feeding Supporting range-of-motion exercises Assisting with ambulation, transfers, and mechanical lifting devices Providing medication reminders Building meaningful relationships with clients through compassionate, one-on-one care Qualifications We're looking for candidates who have: At least one year of professional home health care or patient care experience Exceptional candidates without experience may be considered and trained A genuine passion for caregiving and helping others Reliability and a commitment to providing high-quality care Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect for others The ability to travel to client homes as assigned A commitment to delivering care with compassion, excellence, and reliability, consistent with The BAYADA Way Why Join BAYADA?
