We’re looking for a Permit & HOA Coordinator to join our team, someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys keeping projects moving forward. If you like managing many moving pieces and seeing tasks through to completion, this role is for you. In this role, you’ll manage permit applications for our Oregon market and coordinate HOA approvals for our San Diego market, supporting Oregon HOA approvals as needed. You’ll work closely with our sales team, customers, and local cities and counties to make sure every project has the approvals it needs, and that orders are accurately entered and ready to go.
