About the role

What if your next Pega opportunity could take your career beyond traditional application development and put your work directly in support of the nation's most critical national security missions? We're looking for an experienced Pega Lead Systems Architect to join a team supporting the Intelligence Community where enterprise technology, cybersecurity, and mission operations come together. You'll work on applications and business systems that support thousands of government personnel and mission partners across secure environments – helping enable everything from workforce management and recruitment to security processing, finance, acquisitions, training, logistics, and executive decision-making. If you want to apply your technical expertise to something bigger, this is an opportunity to help power the enterprise systems that keep our nation's security mission moving. Your work will help equip the federal workforce, enable critical government operations, support the warfighter, and strengthen the technology infrastructure behind our national security. Bring your Pega expertise to a mission where reliable, secure technology helps protect the nation and the people who defend it. And if you don't already hold a clearance, that's no problem. For the right Pega professional, we will support you through the process of obtaining a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with Polygraph. Primary Responsibilities: Design and build Pega case types, workflows, data models, UI, integrations, and reusable components. Translate business requirements into scalable Pega solutions and user stories. Apply Pega guardrails, development standards, performance, security, and architecture best practices.
