Payroll Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Payroll Manager based in the United States. The Payroll Manager will oversee the full payroll lifecycle for a workforce of more than 400 employees, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations. This hands-on role sits within the Finance team and works closely with People, Accounting, Legal, and other business partners. The position combines payroll administration, tax compliance, accounting support, and internal controls. The successful candidate will manage complex compensation processes, including bonuses, commissions, benefits, and off-cycle payments. They will also contribute to process improvements, reporting, audits, and SOX compliance. This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented payroll professional to take ownership of critical financial operations in a fast-paced, collaborative, remote environment.
