Partner Operations Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partner Operations Manager based in India. The Partner Operations Manager will play a key role in building and scaling partner operations across a diverse ecosystem of resellers, technology partners, OEMs, ISVs, and service providers. This role combines operational ownership, systems development, data governance, and strategic insight. You will take charge of partner processes and infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy, reliable reporting, and efficient program execution. Working closely with leadership, Sales, IT, and Revenue Operations, you will help establish scalable workflows and improve partner performance. The position offers the opportunity to shape evolving programs, drive automation, and turn operational data into meaningful business recommendations. This is a remote role in India requiring strong overlap with US business hours.
