Part Time Nanny – Pleasanton, CA A welcoming, multilingual family in Pleasanton, CA 94566 is seeking an experienced, nurturing part-time nanny to primarily care for their newborn arriving at the end of November and occasionally their 4-year-old child. Schedule: Start Date: ASAP Monday through Friday Approximately 20 hours per week (4 hours per day) Schedule flexibility between 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Family Specifications: Smoke-free home Pet-free household Multilingual home environment (family speaks Chinese) Responsibilities: Provide attentive, nurturing care for a newborn infant Occasional care for 4 year if they are not in school Prepare bottles/formula and assist with bottle feedings, including washing and sanitizing feeding supplies Support infant and preschooler personal care routines, including diaper changes, potty training, dressing, and bathing as needed Maintain soothing, age-appropriate nap and awake-time routines Complete light infant- and child-related housekeeping, including tidying and children’s laundry Requirements: Prior professional experience caring for newborns/infants Reliable personal vehicle for commuting to and from the home Preferred: Infant and Child CPR & First-Aid certified Fluency or proficiency in Chinese Compensation: $29 - $32 per hour All candidates will be subject to a background check.
