Network Operations Lead

The Network Operations team provides 24/7 support for the global network infrastructure supporting QRT’s research, trading and business activities. As Network Operations Lead for EMEA and America, you will combine hands-on technical leadership with people management, working with engineers, connectivity providers and business stakeholders to maintain reliable services and improve operational performance. Your future role within QRT: Regional Team Leadership Lead, manage, and develop the regional Network Operations team. Provide day-to-day management, giving technical and process guidance to engineers. Ensure appropriate regional coverage, handover quality, rota management, and operational readiness. Build a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Act as the regional escalation point for operational issues, people matters, and service risks. Support hiring, onboarding, training and development of regional Network Operations engineers as the team expands. Own regional vendor and connectivity-provider escalation processes, ensuring outages, RFOs, recurring issues and service-performance concerns are reviewed and driven to improvement. Global Collaboration Work closely with the Global Network Operations Lead and peer Regional Lead to ensure consistent global standards. Support follow-the-sun operational processes across APAC, EMEA, and other regions. Represent regional Network Operations in meetings with Infrastructure, Engineering, Trading, Security, and other internal teams. Ensure regional issues, risks, resourcing needs, and service improvements are clearly communicated to global leadership. Operational Oversight Lead regional response for network incidents, ensuring timely escalation, coordination, and stakeholder communication. Be accountable for the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of regional incident triage, escalation, resolution and prevention.
