Men’s Head of Tailoring Design

Buck Mason is looking for a Men's Head of Tailoring Design to lead the design and development of our tailoring category. This role will oversee tailored clothing, casual tailoring, tailored outerwear, and associated accessories, including ties and pocket squares. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of men's tailoring, exceptional product instincts, and a strong point of view on fit, fabrication, and construction. They are equally comfortable researching vintage garments, developing seasonal concepts, sketching new styles, and working directly with technical design, sourcing, and overseas manufacturing partners to bring thoughtful, well-executed product to life. This is a hands-on design role for someone who is deeply passionate about product, understands the history of men's clothing, and can translate that knowledge into relevant, modern collections.
