Member Events Manager - AETHOS Lisbon

Join the Aethos Community – Hospitality with Purpose. At Aethos, we believe in extraordinary places, passionate people, and meaningful connections. Hospitality should inspire and elevate — leaving a lasting impact on mind, body, and soul. That is why we carefully choose our locations and build teams looking for more than just a job — teams that thrive in a true community. Aethos focuses on sustainability, well-being, and the luxury of time and space. We create retreats from the everyday, offering a sanctuary from the stress of modern life. Our goal? To redefine hospitality — building a place where both guests, members, and team members feel at home, inspired, and connected. About Aethos Lisbon Opening in June 2027, Aethos Lisbon will bring our conscious luxury philosophy to the heart of Portugal’s vibrant capital. Blending cultural heritage with modern design, the property will feature an exclusive private members’ club, boutique accommodations, bespoke wellness and dining spaces, and a thoughtfully curated environment designed to serve as an urban sanctuary for creators, innovators, and mindful travellers. Join us! We are looking for an inventive, calm, and highly organised Member Events Manager (m/f) to lead the planning and delivery of our events programme across both the hotel and the private club at Aethos Lisbon . Reporting directly to the Membership Director, you will handle the full execution of member gatherings and brand activations from initial concept through to on-the-night delivery. In this role, you will be the conductor of meaningful shared experiences, ensuring every gathering feels thoughtful, cohesive, and deeply rooted in the Aethos spirit.
