Summary: The Material Handler is responsible for supporting warehouse, inventory control, and material movement activities that ensure the timely and accurate flow of materials throughout Calyxo's operations. This role supports manufacturing, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and logistics activities while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with company quality standards. The Material Handler works closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Purchasing teams to ensure materials are available to support production schedules and customer fulfillment requirements In This Role, You Will: Receiving & Inventory Management Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries, ensuring shipments match purchase orders and packing documentation. Accurately identify , label, store, and organize materials within designated warehouse locations. Execute inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records within company systems. Perform routine cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy. Assist with inventory reconciliation activities and annual physical inventories. Production Support Pick, stage, and issue materials to support production schedules and manufacturing operations. Process material movements, transfers, and returns while maintaining traceability and transaction accuracy. Collaborate with Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams to resolve material shortages and inventory discrepancies. Shipping & Logistics Process domestic and international customer shipments in accordance with Calyxo shipping procedures. Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate shipments with carriers and transportation providers.
