Marketplace Manager THG Nutrition | Myprotein | North America About the Role We are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven and results-oriented Marketplace Manager to join the THG Nutrition Division, supporting our globally recognised Myprotein brand. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketplace professional to take ownership of our marketplace performance across key platforms, including Amazon, Walmart.com and other digital marketplaces. You will play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth, developing marketplace strategies and maximising commercial opportunities. Working collaboratively with internal teams and external agency partners, you will oversee marketplace operations, identify opportunities for optimisation and ensure we deliver against ambitious revenue, profit and volume targets. Key Responsibilities: Marketplace Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute marketplace strategies to accelerate revenue growth, market share and profitability across Amazon, Walmart.com and other platforms. Commercial Performance: Take ownership of marketplace trading performance, identifying opportunities to improve sales, margins and profitability through pricing, promotions and advertising optimisation. Account Management: Lead day-to-day relationships with external marketplace agency partners, ensuring clear objectives, strong communication and accountability for performance. Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory planning, stock availability and fulfilment operations, maintaining optimal stock cover while minimising storage costs and operational inefficiencies. Performance & Reporting: Own marketplace reporting and KPI analysis, translating data and market insights into actionable commercial strategies. Catalogue Management: Ensure product listings, content and catalogue information are accurate, competitive and fully optimised to maximise visibility and conversion. Marketing & Advertising: Drive marketplace marketing activity, including advertising investment, promotional campaigns, content optimisation and creative refreshes. Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, supply chain and other internal teams to ensure seamless marketplace execution. Commercial Opportunities: Identify and implement opportunities to improve performance through upselling, promotional strategies, pricing optimisation and operational efficiencies. Continuous Improvement: Monitor competitor activity, marketplace trends and platform developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage. What We're Looking For: A minimum of 2–3 years' experience managing or developing marketplace accounts, with strong hands-on experience across Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central. Experience managing marketplace performance across platforms such as Walmart.com is highly desirable. A proven track record of driving commercial growth, improving profitability and delivering against sales targets. Strong analytical capabilities, with advanced Excel skills and the ability to turn complex data into clear commercial recommendations. Experience managing external agencies, third-party partners or cross-functional stakeholders. A strong understanding of marketplace operations, including inventory management, fulfilment, catalogue optimisation, advertising and promotional activity. Commercially minded, proactive and solutions-focused, with the confidence to challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day operational demands. What’s in it for me? Career Development Access bespoke development programmes that have been designed and developed by our in-house L&D team. Continued development through our upskilling programme that is delivered in partnership with an industry-leading training provider. Enhanced Leave 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
