Manager, People Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, People Operations based in Canada. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of People Operations, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Acting as a key point of contact for employees and managers, you will manage a broad range of HR activities, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management, and compliance. You will work closely with leadership, Finance, Operations, and internal and external partners to translate people strategies into effective operational practices. You will also contribute to improving HR processes, strengthening employee engagement, and maintaining consistent policies and procedures. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of essential people-focused operations within a growing, mission-driven organization. The position is fully remote and open to candidates across Canada, with occasional in-person collaboration and event attendance.
