About Us Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts (PPLM) is the state’s leading provider of sexual and reproductive health care, nationally recognized for education and research. Our mission: ensure everyone in Massachusetts has access to compassionate, judgment-free care and education. We operate four health centers and offer telehealth statewide as part of a network of 600 Planned Parenthood affiliates nationwide. Position Summary The Major Gifts Officer (MGO) is responsible for the strategic management of a portfolio of approximately 100-125 prospects and donors who are capable of making gifts of $10,000+ in support of the Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts (PPLM - 501c3) and the Planned Parenthood Advocacy Fund of Massachusetts (PPAF - 501c4). Working closely with the director of major gifts and broader development colleagues, the MGO deepens relationships with existing donors, builds a strong pipeline of new prospects, and successfully closes major gift solicitations.
