Here’s what you’ll do: Keep operations moving: Install, maintain , troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of filling and assembly equipment, conveyors, pumps, and packaging systems. Master the details: Diagnose and resolve issues across electrical, controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication, and mechanical systems. Prevent downtime: Perform mechanical and electrical preventive maintenance during operation or scheduled downtime. Safety and compliance: Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to GMP, USDA, and all safety regulations. Collaborate and lead: Work within a team structure, provide guidance, and train others as needed. Drive improvement: Modify equipment and recommend system enhancements to support a culture of continuous improvement. Document and report: Complete accurate maintenance records and escalate issues promptly. Flex and adapt: Work across various plant areas and respond to equipment emergencies with confidence.
