We are looking for a new Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing Maintenance Team and Fulfillment Center network. This individual will report into our Assistant General Manager and oversee the daily maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of our fulfillment center to ensure a safe, efficient, and reliable working environment. This role will lead our Maintenance and Janitorial teams, manage preventive maintenance programs, coordinate facility repairs, and ensure equipment and building systems operate effectively. Working closely with fulfillment leadership and external vendors, this individual will also support budget management, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive continuous improvements that enhance operational efficiency and workplace safety. Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt Location: 180,000 sq. ft. in Farmers Branch, TX at 12301 N. Stemmons Fwy, Farmers Branch, TX 75234 Schedule: This role oversees an operation that runs Monday through Saturday from 4:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. CT . While this position generally follows a schedule of Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. CT , operational demands during peak and seasonal periods may require leaders to work additional hours beyond their regular schedule. Leaders are expected to maintain a flexible schedule and adjust their working hours as needed to support the business and their teams. Base Salary: The expected starting salary for the position is $65,400 to $81,750 within a full position range of $65,400 to $98 ,100 annually. This range reflects the long-term earning potential for the role. Our starting pay practice is the minimum to middle portion of the range, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity, consistent with applicable law and it is rare for a new hire to start above the midpoint. Responsibilities: Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation Carry out inspections of the facility to identify and resolve issues Identify, plan, and implement all necessary PM’s to prevent mechanical issues Plan and oversee all repairs and installation activities Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance Apply maintenance skillset to complete various tasks in-house to reduce costs and meet budget goals Lead a team of maintenance and janitorial associates, providing training and support as needed Manage relationships with contractors and service providers Negotiate contracts and prices with vendors and contractors Review, validate, and approve maintenance invoices for Accounts Payable Ensure health and safety policies are complied with <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],
