Degree Heating & Cooling is looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians who want $100K+ earning potential, year-round work, and a benefits package that includes 100% company-paid medical plan options. Top technicians earn $100K+ 100% company-paid medical plan options 3 weeks PTO + 6 paid holidays 401(k) with company match Year-round work with a growing, established company Ongoing technical training and career advancement What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and air handlers Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What We're Looking For Active Connecticut HVAC license required (D2, S1, S2, or S10 - any one) 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred Strong diagnostic and customer service skills This position requires regular operation of a company vehicle. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and meet all company motor vehicle insurance requirements to be authorized to operate a company vehicle. Earn $90,000-$150,000+ per year through a combination of hourly pay and commission. Your total earnings will depend on your hourly rate, performance, and commission opportunities.
