To perform leasing, administrative, and resident-facing activities that support occupancy and day-to-day operations at Peachtree Inn, a Single Room Occupancy (SRO) community. Depending on business needs, staffing, and operational coverage, this position may also provide leasing and administrative support to the sister property, Trolley Court. The Leasing Consultant is expected to provide professional and responsive service to prospective and current residents while maintaining accurate documentation and following LPM policies, Fair Housing requirements, and established leasing procedures.
