Learning & Development (L&D) Project Manager

Please note: this is a 12-month contract position. LTA Research is seeking a Learning & Development Project Manager to drive execution of our learning and development priorities. Reporting to the Talent Management Lead, this role will manage LTA’s L&D projects and training operations, including LMS implementation, company-wide training coordination, and support for the Manager Efficacy Program. The initial focus will be leading execution of LTA’s company-wide L&D infrastructure work, including the training inventory, LMS evaluation and implementation, and company-wide rollout. The role will also coordinate ongoing L&D training and support the Manager Efficacy Program.
