Build and test reusable AI skills that help teammates speed up data work. Safeguard data quality: Work with engineering to validate tracking and data pipelines, and investigate and resolve discrepancies that affect reporting. Balance consistency with new-game needs: Keep New Games analytics aligned with established metrics and definitions from our mature titles wherever possible, and make deliberate, documented choices where new concepts need something different. Skills Required: 6+ years analytics experience, including time in product or games analytics Expert-level SQL and Looker skills Deep experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B, sequential, multivariate) Experience with semantic layers and writing context or reusable skills for AI tools, and a practical understanding of where AI analytics tools succeed and fail Comfort turning ambiguous business problems into structured analytical frameworks Experience partnering with Data Engineering to shape scalable data infrastructure and validate data quality Track record of influencing product and marketing decisions with senior stakeholders Ability to work from our Dallas office in a hybrid arrangement.
