Junior Project Manager (CRM)

Dynamica Labs invites a Junior Project Manager(CRM) for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system to our clients. This position is for those currently working in client-facing roles such as QA, BA, PM, Technical Support Specialist or similar. We provide comprehensive training for transitioning into this role. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Participation in projects for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system. Configuring the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system to fit the client's business processes. Interaction with the development department in terms of writing tasks for system customization, controlling deadlines and quality of execution. Building strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent service levels. Meeting deadlines and reporting on completed work.
