Junior Copywriter

The Copywriter Junior is responsible for producing clear , engaging , and brand-consistent copy aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives . This role focuses on strong execution and consistency , working under the guidance of senior copywriters and the Creative Director , supporting cross-functional teams (marketing, product , CRM, performance), and developing writing skills within the brand’s tone of voice . What You'll Do: Write and adapt copy for digital campaigns (paid media, social media, display, CRM, landing pages, etc.) following established guidelines. Ensure brand voice consistency and adherence to tone of voice guidelines across all deliverables. Adapt approved messaging across multiple formats, channels, and audiences. Collaborate with designers, marketers, and senior copywriters to execute effective campaigns. Apply feedback and produce copy iterations based on performance data (A/B testing variations). Manage assigned tasks and deliverables while meeting deadlines and priorities. Support the maintenance and organization of the copy library and messaging guidelines. Proofread and review content to ensure grammar, spelling, and style accuracy. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
