Position Summary: The IT Support Technician provides primary support for workstations, network devices, and peripheral equipment in a desktop and help desk environment. This position requires the ability to successfully handle multiple priorities and possess a high level of discipline while remaining flexible. A successful candidates will be required to provide IT support to all customer levels in a manufacturing environment up to and including presentations and explanation of projects to upper level management.
