Service Delivery - Implementation Consultant Department: Service Delivery Location: Theale (Hybrid) Reporting To: Implementation Services Delivery Manager Please note that this is an entry level role The role is based in Theale, Reading and would require 3 days' attendance per week. Job Summary The Implementation Consultant: is responsible for the delivery of technical orders for Bottomline’s payments customers. will install, configure and test products on customer environments. will develop customer workflows, profiles or mapping templates as needed. must routinely deliver project work that conforms to the defined best practices in line with delivery quality models. must communicate effectively between both internal channels (project office, account managers, other implementation consultants) and external customers. Job Responsibilities Installation of payments solutions and configuring applications in Customers’ environments following the standard process (remotely via Microsoft Teams or on-site as required). Data file validation. Building of Bacs Applications, Cheque profiles and Webforms. Migration of existing Direct Debit Management / Cheques to our cloud-based solutions. Customer Solution Training.
