Earn $28.00 to $40.00 per hour while working across residential and light commercial HVAC systems and building your technical expertise through a variety of service, repair, maintenance, and diagnostic work. This position supports customers throughout the assigned service territory in Southwest Colorado, Southeast Utah, and the Navajo Nation, so candidates should be comfortable with local travel throughout that area. Requirements Required Minimum of 2 years of hands-on HVAC service experience diagnosing and repairing residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems EPA Certification is required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience performing preventive maintenance, equipment tune-ups, and component replacement Knowledge of HVAC electrical and mechanical systems Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and equipment specifications Strong customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets the company's insurance requirements High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift and carry equipment, work in varying weather conditions, and safely operate hand and power tools Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned service area Preferred Completion of an HVAC technical program or apprenticeship preferred Comfort Air Mechanical is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
