HR Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an HR Director based in Mexico. As HR Director, you will build and lead the people function from the ground up for a fast-growing industrial and commercial real estate organization. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will shape the talent strategy, organizational structure, and performance culture as the business scales from approximately 40–45 employees to 80–100 within two years. This is a hands-on strategic leadership role combining executive recruitment, workforce planning, organizational development, and employee relations. You will establish scalable HR systems, strengthen management capabilities, and create a measurable culture of accountability and high performance. The ideal candidate is a commercially minded HR leader who can operate independently, influence executives, and turn people strategy into tangible business results.
