HR Consultant, Employee Relations & Workplace Investigations (Remote) TrüppHR,a member of the Skillcloud (SCG) family of companies, is looking for an HR Consultant to join our growing Employee Relations and Workplace Investigations practice. This role is for someone who does their best work in complicated situations: asking the right questions, staying neutral when it matters most, and producing written work that holds up under scrutiny. The HR Consultant plays a lead role in serving clients across the U.S. on employee relations and workplace investigation matters. You'll conduct impartial investigations into sensitive workplace concerns, advise client leaders through difficult employee situations, and deliver clear, well-reasoned, defensible work product. You'll also support HR consulting projects, providing variety and valuable expertise to our clients.
