As part of the Talent & Business Relations team, you’ll be the trusted people partner for your own group of leads, advising on leadership, performance, compensation and organizational change. You’ll be the link between TC (Talents and Culture) and the business, balancing strategic and operational work. How you’ll make an impact: Advise leads in your assigned departments on complex people topics, including leadership, performance management, compensation, and staffing. Guide your leads and teams through change processes, such as organizational restructurings, with strategic advice. Support workforce forecasting and succession planning with informed, data-backed recommendations. Partner with our recruiting specialists by joining interviews and advising on hiring decisions. Strengthen our caring performance culture by coordinating and challenging calibrations and the performance framework around our job architecture. Balance lead topics and individual cases, zooming out for strategy and zooming in for day-to-day operations. What you'll need to thrive: Solid experience as an HR Business Partner (minimum 5 years), with advanced knowledge of German labor law for individual cases. A strong track record of aligning HR strategy with business goals on talent and organizational topics, building relationships with leads that are trusting enough to challenge and push back when needed. Strong communication skills and the credibility to represent TC across the organization, with fluency in German (C1) and English (our company language). A genuine learning mindset: you approach challenges with curiosity, seek out feedback, and continuously look for ways to develop and grow. A performance mindset: you set ambitious goals, adapt to shifting demands, stay calm under pressure, and have the determination and resilience to follow through, even when things are ambiguous.
