Position End Date: November 01, 2027 Deadline to apply: November 10, 2026 The Hospitality Service Professional provides casual, hourly food and beverage service within Highwood Kitchen & Bar and supports events and other hospitality operations within the School of Hospitality & Tourism. Reporting to the Restaurant Operations Supervisor or designate, the position performs assigned service, setup, closing, and guest-support duties in accordance with established procedures and service standards. The position works alongside supervisors, faculty, students, and other hospitality staff to support positive guest experiences and the School’s live learning environment. Work is assigned based on operational requirements, scheduled restaurant service, events, and available shifts. Hours may vary and may include daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. The position does not have guaranteed or regularly scheduled hours.
