Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – 1:1 Home Care Job Summary Centria Healthcare is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients’ homes. You’ll deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress, relationship-based setting. Client #1: Adult Client Location: Ypsilanti, MI Schedule: 8-Hour Night Shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) Days: Tuesday, Saturday Overview: Seeking a attentive nurse for a stable, home-bound adult client requiring ventilator, tracheostomy, G-tube, and seizure management. Supportive family is on-site to assist and provide orientation. Must be comfortable with small dogs (secured during shifts). Client #2: Pediatric Client Location: Ypsilanti, MI Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts Days (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM): Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday Nights (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM): Monday through Sunday (7 days/week) Overview: Join the dream team for a playful 1-year-old boy who loves dinosaurs! High-tech pediatric case requiring skilled trach, vent, and G-tube care. Family welcomes male and female nurses and offers both virtual and hospital-based meet-and-greets. Friendly dog in the home. Client #3: Pediatric Client Location: Ypsilanti, MI Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM) Availability: Monday through Sunday Overview: Rewarding opportunity caring for a sweet infant transitioning home from the NICU. Focuses on TPN administration, central line (Broviac) care, and G-tube management with zero respiratory care needed. Key tasks include TPN disconnects (late afternoon) and evening setups. Work alongside a supportive work-from-home mom in a lively, pet-loving household.
