Group Account Director

We are looking for a Group Account Director to lead a new studio for a single, major enterprise account. In this role, you will spearhead the leadership team of a Group Creative Director and Executive Producer and lead and coach an account team to drive commercial rigor, and act as a strategic advisor to C-suite-level clients. Reporting to the General Manager, this role focuses on driving retention, growth, and operational rigor across multiple accounts while building strong executive relationships and a high-performing account leadership bench.
