General Laborer – Warehouse Operations

Job Overview We are seeking reliable and safety-focused General Laborers to support daily warehouse operations, including loading and unloading, material handling, packing, and housekeeping. This hands-on role helps keep materials organized and warehouse activities running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Load, unload, move, and stage materials in designated areas. Assist with receiving, sorting, picking, packing, labeling, and shipment preparation. Check material quantities and report visible damage or discrepancies. Support basic inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas. Keep aisles, loading areas, and workstations clean and clear. Follow safety procedures and use tools and equipment only as trained and authorized. Support other warehouse tasks as assigned. Required Qualifications Ability to follow work instructions and communicate with team members. Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Ability to perform physically active warehouse duties, with or without reasonable accommodation. Commitment to safe material handling and required PPE use. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, general labor, manufacturing, or material-handling experience. Familiarity with picking, packing, RF scanners, or pallet jacks. Forklift experience or OSHA safety training. Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Mandarin skills are a plus.
