Game Support Representative (Temporary Assignment)

Job Overview We are seeking a Game Support Representative (Product Replacement) who is passionate about customer service and curious about our products, and who is excited to help players enjoy them! They will represent our brands by interacting directly with our customers as well as processing and shipping products to consumers. Location and Work Arrangement This role is based at our Renton, Washington, United States office and follows a hybrid schedule designed to support in-person collaboration. Employees are expected to work onsite on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite on Mondays and Fridays. What You'll Do Provide excellent customer service via email through our CRM. Leverage public-facing communications about products we release, and products released via partners. Identify customer concerns and validate customer requests for replacement product while improving customer sentiment after a poor product experience. Process orders for shipping, both domestic and international. Use the tools and guides provided to find, fix, and tackle problems — and know when it’s time to raise an issue to the next level. What You'll Bring 2+ years of experience working in customer service, including in a fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles, skills, processes, and techniques. Ability to craft clear, customer-facing and internal communications. Initiative to investigate issues and provide recommendations for updates to procedures and policy. Product Familiarity: Ability to stay familiar with an evolving catalog of products and understand what is meaningful to customers. Experience with CRM systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office. The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent experience. What Sets You Apart Familiarity with Zendesk, Microsoft Teams, and Confluence. Employment Details This is a temporary assignment supporting Wizards of the Coast. The selected individual will be employed and paid by Workwell as a W-2 employee and will not be an employee of Wizards of the Coast or Hasbro. Employment Type: Temporary Assignment Location: Renton, Washington (Hybrid) Assignment Duration: 12 months Hourly Pay Rate: $21.65 USD In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the hourly pay rate for this role.
