The Role At Deploy, Forward Deployed Software Engineers utilize technical expertise of software engineering to directly tackle customer challenges and pain points. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for many of our enterprise customers, supporting them to achieve success with Deploy's API solutions and AI platforms. As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer, you will work alongside our customers to translate business and product ideas into engineering solutions, efficiently understand and resolve technical customer issues, and architect solutions that help improve the adoption of Deploy's products. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations, and build full-scale integrations to drive exceptional customer outcomes.
