Recently awarded a Michelin Key, our House is recognised for its exceptional comfort and design. We're looking for energetic and hospitality-driven Food & Drinks Runners to join our team. As a Runner, you'll be at the heart of the operation, connecting the kitchen, bar, and floor to ensure our members receive exceptional service from start to finish. No two shifts are the same. One moment you'll be delivering dishes to a busy table, the next you'll be supporting a private event or helping another F&B outlet during a high-volume service. What you'll do Deliver food and drinks quickly, accurately, and professionally Support the wait team in providing exceptional guest experiences Act as a key link between the kitchen, bar, and restaurant floor Help maintain a smooth flow of service during busy periods Support private events and other F&B outlets when required Your schedule Full-time or part-time opportunities available Minimum availability of 3-4 days per week preferred A mix of lunch, dinner, evening, and weekend shifts Flexibility during busy periods, public holidays, and special events What we're looking for Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential Positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality Strong communication skills and confidence working as part of a team Reliable, professional, positive, and enthusiastic Able to stay calm and organised when the pace picks up Right to work in the Netherlands What you'll get €2,468.35 gross per month for a full-time contract Tips on top of your salary (may vary) Holiday allowance, pension, and travel allowance Healthy staff meals during your shifts Soho Friends Membership and employee discounts Development opportunities within Soho House A team that's ambitious, supportive, and genuinely enjoys what they do How to apply Apply with a few quick details; make sure to add your CV.
