This role sits at the intersection of Finance, People & Culture, Payroll, and Office Administration , acting as a key operational connector between our U.S. organization and our Germany-based People & Culture team. You will play a central role in ensuring smooth financial operations, compliant payroll processing, and high-quality employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. This is a mid-level professional position suited for someone who thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment and enjoys working across functions and geographies. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Finance & Accounting Support month-end and year-end closing activities , financial reporting, accounting processes, budgeting, and cost controlling Monitor and ensure that expenditures align with approved budgets Prepare and deliver spending and financial control reports Support financial compliance including tax-related and governmental reporting requirements Collaborate closely with the Finance team in Germany to ensure alignment with global group policies Provide financial insights and operational support to local and group management Support Sales and Use Tax compliance through registration and filing activities Payroll & Compensation Manage and review semi-monthly payroll processing for U.S. employees Support sales commission calculations and payout processes , including review of sales agreements Conduct regular payroll and billing audits to ensure accuracy and financial integrity Ensure compliance with applicable payroll tax and labor regulations Of fice & Operations Management (U.S.) Take part in U.S. Office Management responsibilities Support administrative and operational office processes&nbsp
