About the role
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Engineer Application Support based in India. The Engineer Application Support will provide technical and application support for HVACR and cold chain solutions, contributing to new product qualification, application development, and customer satisfaction. This role combines engineering expertise with hands-on customer engagement, supporting OEMs, contractors, sales teams, and channel partners. You will coordinate product testing, calculate heat loads, recommend suitable system components, and help resolve technical issues in the field and on customer production lines. Working closely with sales, marketing, plant, quality, and engineering teams, you will help translate market needs into practical product and business opportunities. The position also involves technical training, product promotion, and continuous development of application solutions across North and East India.
