The Opportunity Design and develop electronics and integrated hardware for emerging neurotechnology and medical-device systems. Initial work may include focused ultrasound platforms, while the role is expected to support and adapt to other stimulation, sensing, and experimental hardware approaches as technical needs evolve. You will take hardware from early concepts and laboratory prototypes through characterization, verification, and preparation for manufacturing. Working closely with specialists in neuroscience, mechanical engineering, and software, you will translate experimental requirements into reliable, measurable system performance. This role suits a hands-on engineer who enjoys building and troubleshooting hardware, working across disciplines, and making sound engineering decisions as requirements evolve.
