The Document Production Specialist is responsible for producing, formatting, and quality-controlling high-quality client deliverables and proposals for federal and state. Working in a fast-paced consulting environment, this role ensures that technical reports, proposals, presentations, resumes, and other business-critical documents comply with client requirements, corporate branding standards, accessibility regulations, and submission deadlines. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, possesses advanced Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat skills, and thrives under tight deadlines while managing multiple concurrent projects. Selection Process: Candidates selected for consideration must successfully complete a practical document production skills assessment. The assessment is designed to evaluate advanced Microsoft Word formatting, attention to detail, ability to follow complex formatting instructions, and quality control under deadline conditions. Successful completion of the assessment is required for consideration for employment.
