Director of Convening Operations

Originally founded in 1991 as Harlem RBI, DREAM has grown to annually serve more than 2,500 youth across East Harlem and the South Bronx through a network of seven PreK-12, extended-day, extended-year DREAM Charter Schools and community sports-based youth development programs. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, the Director of Convening Operations will lead the planning, logistics, and execution of in-person Convenings, online webinars, and other learning experiences that support DREAM’s AI partner schools. The Director will manage large-scale, multi-track events, virtual gatherings, and the operational coordination of implementation activities. The Director will also oversee the packaging and distribution of curriculum, playbooks, and other resources, ensuring partners receive polished, ready-to-use materials. This role requires a highly organized, hands-on operations leader who can translate complex plans into well-executed experiences for diverse audiences.
