About the role

Inbank is a financial technology company with an EU banking license that connects merchants, consumers, and financial institutions on its next-generation embedded finance platform. Our financing solutions are embedded seamlessly into the shopping journey of 6,000+ retailers. This helps our merchant partners grow their businesses, while end customers benefit from a frictionless shopping experience wherever they are. With a focus on innovation and growth, we are looking for talented people to join our team of 440+ working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic. As a Digital Content & Channel Specialist , your purpose is to manage and grow Inbank’s owned marketing channels by creating engaging, brand-aligned content across the website, email, blog, and social media, driving visibility, customer engagement, and measurable business impact. A few words from your future manager “I’m looking for a creative partner who loves turning ideas into content that people want to watch, read, and engage with. Someone who is confident in front of the camera, excited to become a familiar face of Inbank’s social media, and knows how to make messages feel clear, relevant, and human. In this role, you’ll take ownership of Inbank’s own channels – social media, newsletters. You’ll have room to experiment, understand what makes content perform, learn from the results, and build on what works. What I value most is initiative and ownership. If you spot an opportunity, bring it forward. If something isn’t working, help make it better. I’ll count on you to bring fresh ideas, make things happen, and follow through. In return, you’ll have a real voice in shaping how Inbank shows up, the freedom to try new approaches, and my support as you grow. I’ll offer honest feedback and help you develop your strengths. If you’re excited to get behind an idea, in front of the camera, and take pride in the results, I’d love to meet you!" — Grete Roždestvenski, Marketing Manager What will you be doing? Creating, editing, and publishing high-quality blog articles and other content that addresses customer needs and supports brand positioning, organic growth, and broader business objectives. Planning, creating, and executing email campaigns and newsletters in collaboration with internal stakeholders, including audience segmentation, content preparation, testing, scheduling, and performance analysis. Creating and producing engaging content for Inbank’s social media channels, including posts, stories, visual assets, interactive formats, and videos, from idea generation to filming, editing, and publishing, as well as monitoring and analyzing content performance.
