Our company continues to deliver record sales led by a talented team and a commitment to “Fun Served Here”. POSITION SUMMARY: To deposit dough into feed hoppers where product is made. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Set-up appropriate die in the depositor & operate in safe and efficient manner. Makes adjustments to depositor machine. Cuts sections from mother dough and deposits into feed hopper. Rolls empty dough table to mixer to receive new batch of dough. Reads shop report , follows procedures, and documents information for production records. Tends depositor machine at all times . Report any food safety or quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action. Follows J&J Snack Food’s Food Safety Plan (FSP), the Safe Quality Food (SQF) Program, the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs ) and the Good Documentation Practices (GDPs). Follows all OSHA safety rules and all food safety laws and regulations. Other duties as assigned.
