POSITION SUMMARY The Data Analytics Manager owns Momentous’ data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting capabilities, translating complex data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth, profitability, and informed decision-making across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Finance, with a dotted line to the VP of Digital, this role anchors Momentous' Data Analytics Center of Excellence and serves as an embedded strategic analytics partner to eCommerce, Growth Marketing, Operations, and executive leadership. A key focus is understanding the drivers of DTC and subscription performance, evaluating marketing effectiveness, and ensuring business metrics are accurate, consistent, and aligned with financial reporting. The role builds analytics on governed, shared metric definitions so that leaders and AI tools get the same trusted answer. This role combines deep analytical expertise, strong commercial acumen, and technical fluency with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations. The ideal candidate is a proactive, intellectually curious problem-solver who challenges assumptions, identifies growth opportunities, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Metric Governance & Source of Truth Partner with Technology & Engineering to define data requirements across eCommerce, subscription, marketing, and financial systems. Own shared metric definitions for DTC, subscription, and marketing KPIs, the business semantic layer, in alignment with Finance. Reconcile key commercial and customer metrics with financial reporting to establish a consistent source of truth across the organization. Follow data security and privacy standards set by Technology, including the handling of customer PII. DTC & Subscription Analytics Analyze customer acquisition, retention, churn, cohort performance, lifetime value, and customer acquisition costs to identify opportunities for profitable growth. Develop reporting and insights into subscription health, including subscriber behavior, retention trends, and new versus existing customer economics. Evaluate key drivers of eCommerce performance, including conversion, average order value, purchase frequency, and customer profitability. Partner with eCommerce, Growth, and Finance leadership to translate customer and commercial insights into actionable strategies and investment decisions. Marketing Measurement & Experimentation Analyze marketing effectiveness using attribution, marketing mix modeling (MMM), incrementality, and other measurement approaches to inform investment decisions. Evaluate the strengths and limitations of different measurement methodologies to provide balanced, commercially grounded recommendations. Design and analyze experiments across pricing, promotions, conversion optimization, and marketing initiatives, including A/B testing and elasticity analysis. Translate test results and performance data into clear recommendations that improve growth, efficiency, and profitability. Business Systems Intelligence & AI Build automated, AI-enabled reporting, including dashboards, self-serve analytics, and AI assistants grounded in governed metrics, so leaders get answers in minutes, not days. Provide customer and demand inputs to FP&A forecasting, and track performance against weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across business functions. Deliver concise, executive-ready insights and recommendations that translate complex business questions into clear decisions. Cross-Functional Partnership & Business Optimization Support pricing, promotional effectiveness, and margin improvement, and provide customer demand insights to Operations and FP&A. Run intake and prioritization for the Analytics Center of Excellence across Finance and Digital. <span style="fon
